UG Admission Notification for Stray Vacancy Round 2021-2022

All eligible candidates (whose details have been uploaded in the website of MCC of DGHS, Govt. of India, after stray round on 11.05.2022) are invited to “Register online “with this website up to 5.30pm on 13.05.2022 (FRIDAY).

The inter-se-merit of the ‘registered candidates’ will be published with college website after 6.00 p.m. on 13.05.2022 (Friday) followed by e-mail to the candidates. The candidates are informed to go through the important instructions for candidates for admission to B.D.S. course (hosted on this website) and keep ready the required certificates (in original) and other requirements specified therein.

The tentative schedule for counseling and admission is as follows.

Note:
  1. Candidates should report punctually at the time and date indicated in the mail, at the venue for counseling (i.e., Council Hall, Dr. D. Y. Patil Dental College & Hospital, Pimpri, Pune -411018), without fail.
  2. No request will be entertained for change of date and time of counseling. The candidate who do not turn-up for counseling at the prescribed time and date, will forfeit their candidature for counseling/admission.
  3. Only those candidates who fulfill all the prescribed eligibility criteria prescribed by the MCC/MCI will be considered for admission on inter-se merit basis and in the order of NEET All-India-Rank.
  4. If any candidate fails either to produce the required certificates (in original) or fails to make payment of the specified tuition fee and other fees, he/she will not be considered for counseling and admission.

Important instruction

Candidates who register online should only appear for the Stray vacancy counseling on 14.05.2022 for admission to B.D.S Degree course (2021-2022), are advised to report at the venue at the time and date specified and complete the admission process.

  1. NEET – 2021 Admit Card
  2. NEET Allotment letter
  3. NEET Marks & Rank Certificate
  4. Certificate of Domicile/ Nationality / Valid Passport /Birth Certificate
  5. A certificate from the Principal of the School / Bonafide Certificate
  6. Statement of Marks of and Passing Certificate of S.S.C
  7. Statement of Marks and Passing Certificate of H.S.C.
  8. Transfer / Leaving Certificate of H.S.C.
  9. Migration Certificate (If Student out of Maharashtra)
  10. Certificate of Medical Fitness Certificate
  11. Four copies of recent passport size color photograph (developed from the same negative) with candidates name written on back side.
  12. Gap Certificate in case of any education gap after passing HSC examination
  13. Candidate Pan Card (Xerox copy)
  14. Parent / Guardian’s Pan Card (Xerox copy)
  15. Student Aadhar Card Xerox Copy
  16. Caste Certificate
  17. Caste of Validity
  18. Non-Creamy Layer Certificate
  1. Candidates without original certificates / documents, shall not be allowed to participate in the Counseling.
  2. Candidates who have deposited their original documents with any other institute/college/University and come for admission with a certificate stating that “their original certificates are deposited with institute/college/University” shall not be allowed to participate in the counseling
