Visit to DPU Dental Implant Centre by Dr. Sebastiano Andreana, NY, USA

A prestigious one of it’s kind DPU-University at Buffalo, USA-DACE Short Term Fellowship programme in Implant Dentistry Certification Ceremony was held on August 11,2022. Dr. Sebastiano Andreana – Program Director in Oral Implantology - University at Buffalo, New York, USA was the Chief Mentor for this Programme. The other Mentors were Dr. Paresh Kale – Director DPU Dental Implant Centre, Dr. Tarun Kumar, Dr. Sudhindra Kulkarni, Dr. Siddharth Swarup & Dr. Santosh Mastud – Incharge Dental Implant Centre. 20 students got certified with the Short Term Fellowship Programme in Implant Dentistry from India & Abroad. Dr. Srinivas Katta – Director DACE, USA was the Collaborator for this program. This is the first time in India that an International Collaborative Short Term Fellowship Programme in Implant Dentistry was successfully conducted with University at Buffalo, New York, USA.

COVID-19 Sensitization Session

A sensitization session on the hazards of the COVID-19 was conducted on March 12, 2020 to all the students, teaching faculty & non-teaching staff of Dr. D. Y. Patil Dental College & Hospital. All the precautions to be followed were addressed. The sensitization session was conducted by Dr. D. Gopalakrishnan – Dean, Dr. D. Y. Patil Dental College & Hospital.
